The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Secondary Level II / Vocational Education Department trains teachers for vocational schools, inter-company courses and higher vocational schools. It currently offers nine degree programmes, five for full-time teaching at a vocational school and four for part-time training activities.
Your responsibilities.
- Design, plan, conduct and evaluate courses and further training offers
- Conduct assessments and examinations
- Actively participate in research and development tasks within vocational education
- Write publications and materials for students according to the latest standards
- Accompany and advise students with enthusiasm
Your profile.
- Completed university degree with a master’s in educational sciences or psychology and a teaching diploma for secondary level II
- Several years of teaching experience at vocational schools
- Experience in the training and/or further education of vocational school teachers
- Interest in development and research tasks in vocational education
- Experience in project management
- Good presentation skills and strong team and cooperation abilities
- High commitment and resilience
