Head of Strategy and Business Development - Headquarters Windisch

In this key position, you report directly to the Chairman of the Board and actively shape the further development of the group. You work closely with the leaders of the individual companies and thus gain comprehensive insight into a wide variety of companies, industries and business models within the group.

• You play a significant role in the group’s and individual companies’ strategy process
• You analyse business processes and identify concrete improvement potentials
• You independently manage projects in various companies of the group and accompany them from planning to successful implementation
• You support the development of new ideas and business areas
• You contribute to the evaluation and implementation of company acquisitions
• You assist the Chairman of the Board with organisational and substantive tasks related to the management of the group

You are an ambitious and eager-to-learn doer with the goal of taking on a leadership role within the group in the medium term.

• You bring 2 to 5 years of experience in project implementation or in a relevant leadership role, for example from management consulting, internal strategy, M&A or a startup
• You hold a university degree (university, ETH or FH) in economics, engineering or natural sciences, an MBA or a comparable qualification and can demonstrate successes or special commitment
• You have strong analytical skills, think in a structured way and develop creative solutions
• You speak German very well and have good English skills

• Insight into various companies of the group and the opportunity to take on your own projects there
