Do you want to further develop the quality management of a versatile organisation and achieve sustainable impact? Then bring your know-how to WAS. As the person responsible for quality, you will manage and further develop quality management across WAS. Together with the quality management representatives, you ensure that quality is embedded in everyday life and continuous improvements are implemented sustainably. Your start date is negotiable. Your tasks
- You lead and coordinate the four quality management representatives (QMB) professionally.
- You are jointly responsible with the QMB for the strategic, conceptual and operational development of quality management.
- You strengthen the quality culture and sustainably embed the continuous improvement process in the organisation.
- You lead central quality projects, coordinate audits and drive the WAS-wide implementation of ISO 9001 certification.
- You shape the quality policy together with management and ensure target group-appropriate reporting.
- You further develop the process management tool Q.wiki and promote its benefits within the organisation.
- You work closely with relevant staff functions and use synergies purposefully.
Your competencies
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or a comparable field, ideally complemented by further training in quality management.
- You bring experience in project and quality management, preferably in the context of ISO 9001 certifications.
- You quickly and confidently recognise overarching connections and derive effective fields of action from them.
- You think strategically and implement topics in a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic manner.
- You work independently, take responsibility and bring the necessary perseverance to implement improvements sustainably.
- You present yourself convincingly, communicate appropriately for the audience and bring different stakeholders together for joint solutions.
