The IdéeSport Foundation is convinced that health and self-determination are central elements for a strong and diverse society. It implements programmes that move and connect people. In doing so, it promotes the life skills of participants and coaches, strengthens cohesion, and overcomes cultural and social barriers.

Your tasks

You shape our visual presence: By designing digital and printed communication materials as well as creating photo and video content, you ensure a consistent and recognisable visual appearance.

You bring fresh ideas: You further develop our corporate design, visual concepts, and campaigns, and introduce new formats and trends into our communication.

You contribute to design: With your design expertise, you independently implement projects, advise colleagues, and engage in our self-organised and agile foundation.

Your profile

• You have training or a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a comparable field and bring 3–5 years of professional experience.
• You enjoy working creatively and conceptually, impress with a confident sense of design, typography, visual language, and corporate design, and can visualise content appropriately for target groups.
• You master Adobe Creative Cloud and are familiar with digital tools as well as photo and video editing.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good French skills (at least B2). Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

Employment conditions

Workload: 50–70 %

Start date: From 15 April 2027 or by agreement (succession due to retirement)

Possible workplaces: Olten, Lausanne or Lamone. Flexible home office options.

Salary: CHF 6,200-6,500 gross per month for a 100% workload, with 13 monthly salaries.
