Your main tasks:

• Operating and monitoring technical systems in the HVAC area
• Regularly checking and assessing the properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
• Conducting fault analyses and corresponding measures
• Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
• Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
• Receiving and independently processing inquiries as a contact person for the customer

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (EFZ) or training in the field of janitorial services with technical further education and several years of experience in janitorial services with a clear building technology focus
• Further training in ventilation or as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Several years of experience in managing complex building technology systems is mandatory
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
