• Managing the property accounting of residential properties including payment transactions
• Preparing utility cost statements
• General administrative tasks and support of the department management
• Interest in vocational training for our commercial apprentices

• Training in the commercial field
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role in property accounting
• Experience in preparing utility cost statements
• Further training in accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) is an advantage
• Conscientious, service-oriented, efficient and independent working style
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of the real estate software Garaio is desirable

Due to an upcoming retirement in our team, we are looking for you as a Clerk / Clerk Property Accounting 70-90% (m/f/d) starting July 1, 2026 or by agreement.
