HRC and IFHL Continuing Education Manager M/F at 80%

The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,500 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Centre, inaugurated at the end of 2019, has more than 300 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics, as well as two medical on-call centres in Vevey and Monthey.

The training department manages all non-medical training at HRC and coordinates the activities of the Haute-Léman Training Institute (IFHL), created in 2023. This is the result of an inter-institutional collaboration between the Haute-Léman Health Network, the Riviera-Chablais Hospital and the Nant Foundation. The IFHL's objective is to provide rich, accessible and quality continuing education, aimed at the health and social sector of the eastern Vaud region, the Valais Chablais and the Pays d'En Haut.

To complete its team, the HRC training department and IFHL are looking for a continuing education manager

The main responsibilities of this position are

• Management of continuing education for HRC employees
• Management of the IFHL training programme
• Management of educational and didactic tools
• Management of internal and external speakers

We require

• A higher education diploma (HES, university) or an equivalent qualification
• Additional training in adult education of at least 500 hours (for example, a Federal Certificate of Adult Trainer)
• Knowledge of training engineering

Experience

• Several years of experience in adult education is required
• Several years in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
