For our facility globegarden Markthalle we are looking for a
Group Leader for the baby group directly at BASEL TRAIN STATION
Work percentage: 80% to 100%

We are looking for a committed professional for the baby group at our MARKTHALLE location. What are your tasks?
- Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Co-design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
- Co-design of a parenting partnership with the families
- Organisation and implementation of excursions and parent activities
- Active participation in team meetings
- Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphereWhat should you bring?
- A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
- Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
- Team player
- Initiative, creativity and flexibility
