About the job

We are looking for a motivated polymechanic for CNC manufacturing.

Your main tasks

• CNC manufacturing: Independent programming, setup and operation of 3- and 4-axis CNC turning machines.
• Prototypes & small series: Precise production of demanding individual parts, prototypes and small series on MAZAK machining centres.
• Programming: Direct programming at the machine using Mazatrol control.
• Process optimisation: Active participation in the continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Maintenance & cleanliness: Regular maintenance, cleaning and care of the assigned CNC machines and tools to ensure high measurement accuracy and machine longevity.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ (specialising in manufacturing) or comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in CNC machining, ideally with MAZAK machines and Mazatrol control.
• Can-do attitude: Precise, independent and quality-conscious working style with enthusiasm for tinkering.
• Orderliness at the workplace and no fear of getting your hands dirty.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
