Head of Operations / Member of the Executive Board

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the personnel and operational management as well as the further development of three operational areas
• Coordination of collaboration and further development of production processes
• Ensuring capacity utilisation, deployment planning, as well as schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Responsibility for technical quality and compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations
• Active participation in the executive board and implementation of the company strategy
• Project management CNC & timber construction, CNC programming, as well as quotations and billing in the CNC area

Approximately 40% of your workload will be dedicated to leadership and executive management. In the remaining workload, you will deliberately stay close to practice and take on tasks in the timber construction and CNC area.

Your profile

• Vocational training in the timber sector (carpenter, joiner, etc.) or a degree in the field of timber
• Further training as a timber construction foreman, technician HF timber construction, or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in timber construction as well as experience in project management
• Initial leadership experience with motivation for the next development step
• Good MS Office skills, Cadwork knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and pragmatic working style
• Willingness to develop solutions together with the team and learn from others
