To complement our well-established and motivated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement at our headquarters in Urdorf near Zurich for a proactive, independent, and motivated Project Manager with a Can-Do Mentality (m/f/d).

Job Description

• Taking responsibility in demanding IT projects (software development and integrations).
• Project support from the tender phase to project completion.
• Analysis, structuring, and organization of projects (internal and external).
• Creation of specifications, documentation, and final reports as well as sending these documents with high quality.
• Independent resolution of obstacles in projects (e.g., resource conflicts) through regular exchange with other project managers.
• Open, solution-oriented, independent, and friendly communication with internal and external contacts.
• Active support of our integrators and testers in the sense of a four-eyes principle and to relieve pressure during critical phases.
• Last but not least: Monitoring project progress, budget, and all other tasks described in the usual job postings of our competitors for the role of project manager.

Qualifications

• University degree (engineering school / HES / master / bachelor or equivalent) in IT
• Experience in the IT field
• You think ahead and also look left and right
• You get straight to the point
• You have high perseverance and keep a cool head even in stressful situations with high quality demands
• Can-Do Mentality: You want to make a difference by pitching in and actively supporting our team instead of just talking
• You are not too proud to take on tasks outside your actual role in case of bottlenecks
• You are service-oriented and first rule out errors on your own side before looking externally
• You bring positive energy to your new job and are truly a team player
• You can empathize with others and dare to engage openly with various contacts (developers, testers, customers, managers) alike.
• German and French (one of them: native language)
