What you bring with you
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or qualified nurse HF/FH
- Experience with interRAI LTCF required
- RAI coordinator course / supervisor course is an advantage
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping processes, as well as organisational skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Empathy, team spirit and high social competence
