As a care specialist (FaGe or qualified nurse), you will look after our residents and take responsibility for the interRAI LTCF assessments – this way you can actively contribute your expertise and help shape the quality of care.

• Active involvement in care planning, participation in case discussions and close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Professional support and guidance of the team in nursing-related questions
• Ensuring complete, precise and professional care documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or qualified nurse HF/FH
• Experience with interRAI LTCF required
• RAI coordinator course / supervisor course is an advantage
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping processes, as well as organisational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Empathy, team spirit and high social competence
