Requirement: You have a commercial education – for example, a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification – and have already gained professional experience in back office, ideally with technical know-how in the telecommunications or ICT sector. You are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. If you have already worked with CRM or ERP systems like Hubspot or Salesforce and maybe even know AI tools like Clay or Data Miner, that is a plus.
You work in a structured, precise manner with a high quality standard. Your communication skills are strong, and you have a pronounced service orientation. You are fluent in German, both spoken and written; knowledge of French and English is an advantage. You work independently, reliably, and proactively, present yourself professionally, and always keep the needs of customers in mind.
You enjoy teamwork and appreciate collaboration with different departments. Thanks to your organizational talent, you keep an overview even in hectic moments.
These tasks include, among others:
- Administrative support of the B2B sales team in customer care
of business customers - Processing customer inquiries (by phone and in writing) about tariffs,
invoices, contract changes, and technical issues - Handling large orders from customers and partners
- Preparation of offers and partner contracts as well as maintenance in CRM
- Preparation of reports on sales and customer statistics
- Ensuring smooth customer service through close
collaboration with the support team - Support in projects, campaigns, and cold calling
