About the job

At our headquarters in Schlieren, we are looking immediately or by arrangement – for you as a Technician System IT:

Main tasks

Preparing, creating, implementing, and documenting IT and communication solutions in connection with offstreet parking systems (barrier systems)
Installation and configuration of control centers under real and virtualized Windows 7/10 and Server 2008/2012/2014 with MS-SQL 2008 R2/2012/2014 Express and Standard
Occasional on-site deployments together with the installation team for commissioning and training of the IT part
Support of our customers and technicians via remote maintenance or on site
Participation in product launches, preparation of training materials, and training of service technicians
Technical and conceptual support of sales in network and IT matters
Telephone on-call service to support technicians in the evenings and weekends one week per month

Requirements

IT specialist or completed IT apprenticeship with corresponding experience
Experience with Windows applications and relational databases
Creativity in developing solutions for specific applications
Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and data transmission
Languages: German, English B2
Team-oriented, communicative, pleasant manners, and confident appearance with customers
