These are your tasks

• With the ERTMS programme, we are renewing the entire railway technology. Together with the programme management, you are responsible for controlling the programme as well as coordinating several sub-programmes and projects.
• You are part of our interdisciplinary project teams and contribute significantly with your expertise to efficient and effective project control and organisation.
• You create stage-appropriate project reports, evaluations, and documents.
• You take on a key role in managing project risks and milestones and also support the preparation of project, procurement, and credit applications.
• You take on general administrative tasks, such as organising and recording meetings and workshops as well as managing project documentation.
• Depending on needs and your interests, you take on additional cross-cutting tasks in the projects.

These are your key competencies

• You have proven experience in project management, PMO, or a comparable function, ideally in the railway sector.
• You have basic training or further education in a technical profession.
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as common project management tools.
• You work in a structured, organised, and independent manner and keep an overview even with complex tasks.
• You communicate confidently, enjoy working in a team, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
