We are looking for an Event Chef / an Event Cook

starting September 1, 2025

Here’s what you’ll be doing

You are responsible for the operational kitchen workflow in the VIP area of the Pilatus Arena (240 seats)
You assist in menu planning and place orders in the production kitchen
You are responsible for plating and the appealing presentation of pre-prepared dishes
You ensure that everything is fresh, appetizing, and at the right place at the right time
You ensure proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
You adhere to HACCP guidelines and Tavolago standards
You support catering and events

What we wish from you

You have completed training in the culinary field or bring experience
You are creative and enjoy trying out new recipes, your work style is organized and independent
You speak fluent German
You hold a category B driving license and are willing to work flexibly
You are motivated, enjoy getting involved, and are eager to contribute to the reopening of the Pilatus Arena
