Your daily challenges
Ensuring flawless and cost-optimized operation of SAP S/4 Hana, CRM, and E-Commerce platform (Magento), their further development, customizing, and training in the sales area
Monitoring, analyzing, and expanding the interfaces between the individual applications
Adapting the company’s requirements by customizing SAP / CRM / E-Commerce functionalities
Process analysis and optimization in the assigned areas in close cooperation with the adjacent module managers and specialist departments
Support and training of users and key users in daily business (troubleshooting, error analysis, process analysis, etc.)
Administration of ARIBA network and e-Invoicing
Profile
Completed education in (business) informatics (e.g., HF/FH) or comparable solid IT knowledge with several years of professional experience
Analytical thinking with a good understanding of processes and project management
Good knowledge of SAP standard processes in the SD area including customizing
Basic understanding of cross-module processes (FI/CO, MM, PP)
Experience in operating CRM systems and e-commerce platforms
Very independent and team-oriented working style
Native German speaker, good English and French skills are an advantage
Willingness for occasional travel throughout Switzerland
