Junior Construction / Project Manager (100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a willing-to-learn, motivated individual with initial professional experience in construction. In this role, you will support project management in organising, coordinating, and implementing demanding construction projects – from tendering through execution to acceptance. You will increasingly take on independent partial tasks, actively participate in managing contractors, and gradually grow into independent construction / project management.

Your area of responsibility:

• Construction management tasks for assigned construction projects, according to your level of training
• Compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs
• Reliable and responsible working
• Finding solutions for any construction issues
• Co-responsibility for the realisation of construction projects to the fullest satisfaction of customers
• Reporting to the overall project manager

Your profile:

• You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
• Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman, carpenter, joiner, or bricklayer and are willing to pursue further training as a construction manager or construction technician (structural engineering)
• You impress with your high social and professional competence, your communication skills, and your organisational talent
• You are goal-oriented, can quickly adapt to new circumstances, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
