Band Leadership

on a fixed-term mandate until December 2026

Your Tasks

• Musical leadership and coordination of the band
• Design and further development of the musical profile and repertoire
• Organisation of rehearsals and engagements (in close consultation with the team)
• Promotion and support of volunteer musicians
• Co-creation of services and other events

Your Profile

• A heart for worship (practical experience essential)
• Musical competence to lead a service (training in music or music education)
• Experience in band leadership in a church context
• Confident mastery of a main instrument (keyboard or guitar)
• Good knowledge of arrangement and rehearsal methodology
• Enjoyment in working with volunteers
• Very good German skills, English skills at least B1
