How you can make an impact
Being a key contact for Learning and Development activities for the Audit & Assurance business
Responsible for planning and supporting the execution of learning activities, including virtual e-learning, in-person trainings, annual off-site sessions
Program Manager for the Audit Academy educational programme
Collaborating with external vendors, hotels and business stakeholders
Monitoring the Learning Management System (LMS) and Audit & Assurance Learning budget for reporting and data quality
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of 1-2 years’ work experience in HR, preferably within a professional services company or hospitality sector
Strong organisation skills
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

You will be part of the Centre of Expertise - Learning & Development Team in People & Purpose (Human Resources). Our local learning team consists of a diverse team of six different nationalities. If you want to work in a global and international environment, this role is for you!
