Our range includes 100,000 items and consists of fittings, tools, machines, and other products, which can be ordered in the online shop and are delivered through modern, in-house logistics. In the field of security technology, we develop, plan, and implement locking systems and access controls. To strengthen the security technology business unit at the location 📌Wallisellen, we are offering a position immediately or by arrangement as:

You are the expert for everything related to windows and support your customers from A to Z. Additionally, you assist the field service with their customers and ensure that everyone is always up to date.

Window Specialist 100% (all)

Your tasks:

• Active support of assigned window customers in the areas of ZH, BE, and BS

• Operational support of field service employees in the window sector

• Close cooperation with the internal sales department to ensure smooth communication and handling of customer enquiries

• Acquisition of new customers in the window technology sector

• Participation in the window technology specialist group as well as in product-related projects

• Support in market and competitor analyses

• Participation in the planning and implementation of product launches

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter or joiner

• Many years of experience in the planning or installation of windows

• Technical or business management further training is an advantage

• Experience in customer support in the window industry is an advantage

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Confident handling of Microsoft 365

• Structured, reliable, and precise way of working

• Team-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused

• Enjoyment in dealing with technical products and internal interfaces

• Driving licence category B mandatory
