Your mission: In this key role, you take overall responsibility for our two business areas retail and energy. As a member of the management team, you ensure the economic success of your areas. And you set essential impulses for the holistic further development and market positioning of the entire LANDI Zürichsee AG.

• Leadership & Organization: You lead, coach and develop our 7 branch managers with clarity and appreciation. In doing so, you establish a performance-oriented and motivating leadership culture. You are responsible for recruitment as well as personnel development.

• Operational Control: You ensure the smooth operation of all sales outlets, gas stations and car washes. In doing so, you ensure the implementation of concepts and continuously optimize processes.

• Business Management Responsibility: You bear overall responsibility for sales, costs and results. You manage budgeting and forecasting and derive targeted measures from key figures.

• Strategic Participation: As a member of the management team, you regularly report to the board of directors and actively contribute to the overall corporate management.

• Representation & Projects: You take care of important stakeholders, accompany cross-functional projects and represent the company as a binding leadership personality in the region.

• Professional: Several years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in leading managers. You have sound business management knowledge and confidence in handling control instruments.

• Personal: You possess a pronounced entrepreneurial overall view as well as decisiveness. You are down-to-earth, practical and convince through high social competence.

• Education: You have a higher education (e.g. certified retail manager HF, certified sales manager or business administration HF/FH).

• A key position with great scope for design and direct influence on the strategic development of the company.
