In the Referral Management department, you make an important contribution to a smooth and high-quality hospital operation by ensuring the efficient, correct, and tariff-compliant processing of referrals with expertise, commitment, and leadership skills, and actively promoting collaboration across departmental boundaries.
This is where you get involved
- You work highly operationally and actively contribute your expertise to daily business
- You ensure efficient, tariff-compliant, and correct processing of referrals in the outpatient and inpatient areas
- You lead the employees in referral and datacare management both professionally and personally and actively support their further development
- You are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and optimizing the various workflows within the team and ensure compliance with defined processes and quality standards
- You promote and support interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with other departments of clinic support and the hospital
You
- have a commercial or medical education (e.g., MPA, medical secretary) as well as experience in a hospital or health insurance company
- ideally have leadership experience or initial experience in a managerial role
- have good knowledge of tariff systems, ideally complemented by further training
- work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
- enjoy teamwork, are open to new things, and have a good sense of quality
- keep a cool head and focus on the essentials even in hectic moments
