We offer personalised services to promote the autonomy and quality of life of elderly people in their own home environment. As part of the largest private provider of services for the elderly in Switzerland, Senevita Casa integrates our network of assisted living residences and care facilities, bringing professional support directly to the home.

For the Senevita Casa Ticino - Lugano Region location, we are immediately seeking:

CRS 120 Healthcare Assistant / AFC Care Assistant

Profile

• Care assistant diploma, CRS120 certificate, OSS 1000-hour certificate (Italian diploma) with CRS recognition
• Aptitude for patient-oriented quality care, interdisciplinary collaboration within the team, and professional, discreet, transparent communication.
• Several years of professional experience in home care is an advantage
• Flexibility, reliability, precision, punctuality, seriousness
• Driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Provision of home care services according to individual needs
• Assisting and supporting our clients in daily life and household management
• Accompanying our clients to the doctor, shops, walks, etc.
• On-call duties or night watches
