Job Profile

Production mechanics EFZ manufacture and assemble components and assemblies made of metal. They process workpieces by drilling, threading, countersinking, apply various joining techniques such as riveting and welding, and assemble assemblies according to technical drawings.

From the first day, you work in a real production environment and gradually take on responsibility. Theory and practice are purposefully linked. You will attend the practical basic training and inter-company courses at Schindler and rotate through the various departments with us. This way, you gain a comprehensive education.
