What you bring

Whether it is choosing the right investment solution, preparing for retirement, or financing a home purchase, you support our clients at key moments in their financial lives. Attuned to their needs, you develop personalised solutions by optimally combining our comprehensive banking and insurance offerings.

• You provide comprehensive and personalised advice to private clients in the areas of investments, financing, pension provision, and liquidity management.
• You integrate insurance services and offerings from our partnerships into your overall advice, working closely with your colleagues in banking and insurance to offer our clients complete and coherent support.
• You identify additional advisory opportunities and exploit them through targeted cross-selling of banking and insurance solutions.
• You implement the market development strategy defined by the team with enthusiasm, commitment, and initiative.
• You actively acquire new clients and continuously develop your portfolio.
• You represent Baloise Bank at client events and actively maintain your network in the region.

Your profile

• You are a committed, honest personality with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of quality customer service.
• You hold a banking qualification or an equivalent qualification in the banking or financial sector.
• You have the SAQ certification for individual clients or are willing to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
• A further qualification in business management (university of applied sciences or higher specialised school) is an advantage.
• You have at least three to five years of experience in client advisory in the banking or financial sector.
• Thanks to your established network in the Geneva region, you easily develop new contacts and build lasting relationships with clients.
