What awaits you

• New construction, conversion and renewal projects in overhead line construction from work preparation to acceptance
• Personnel management and development of chief fitters and assembly teams
• Calculation of quotations and participation in tenders (SBB, RhB, private railways)
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the track area, implementation of safety concepts
• Representation of the company at construction meetings, contact person for clients, planners and railway operators
• Close cooperation with the head of department at a strategic level as well as assistance in the development of the rail sector

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a construction manager in overhead line, overhead power line or network construction
• Completed basic training as a network electrician or equivalent with further training, e.g. in project management
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Fluent German
• Driving licence category B
• Can-do attitude, who remains calm even under time pressure
• Willingness for occasional night and weekend shifts
• Good communication skills, team player
