Museum Supervision / Entrance Control (a)

To strengthen our team at a renowned cultural institution in Basel (Fondation Beyeler), we are looking for flexible personalities starting October 1, 2025.

This position is limited until May 31, 2026.

Your main tasks:

Entrance / ticket control
Supervision of artworks in the assigned supervision area
Ensuring museum operations and compliance with museum rules
Answering simple visitor inquiries or forwarding them to the supervision management
Evacuation of the assigned exhibition areas if necessary
Operating the cloakroom

Your profile:

Good oral language skills, German, English (French is an advantage)
Professional experience in the service sector, as well as affinity for art is an advantage
High flexibility, service-oriented
Irregular working hours, evening shifts (events), as well as weekends
Impeccable reputation
Neat appearance
