Reception and Administration Staff 100 %

Your Tasks

You are the business card of our house and the first point of contact externally
At reception, you provide information to residents and assist guests or visitors
You handle the daily mail and coordinate various appointments
You record various services for the monthly billing and support the invoicing process as well as debtor management including dunning and debt collection
You support the team with apartment viewings and contract preparation
You manage the website and are responsible for the monthly resident mail
You maintain resident files and update master data as well as administrative documents
You order office supplies and coordinate further material orders
You assist with general administrative tasks in the front and back office

Your Profile

Training as a commercial clerk or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
Experience as a trainer for commercial apprentices is an advantage
You always offer a smile and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
You enjoy working with and interacting with elderly people
You think in a connected way and can understand processes
High commitment, teamwork skills and resilience characterise you
An independent and careful working style is natural for you
