What you can look forward to:
You lead with heart and mind.
- You lead the Facility Management department with the teams Technical Service, Garden, Housekeeping and Kitchen
- You further develop your team and create a working environment where responsibility, trust and collaboration are lived
- You support the training of learners together with the vocational training officers
- You further develop the training concepts of your department
You keep our operation running.
- You ensure that our services are provided on time, reliably and with high quality
- You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, movables and vehicles
- You plan investments and coordinate the tenant management of our external properties together with management
- You lead construction and property projects or actively participate in them
- You actively contribute to the strategy process of our institution
You build relationships.
- You acquire new customer orders in the area of Facility Management
- You prepare offers, maintain customer relationships and ensure professional care of our clients
The background you bring with you:
- Training in Facility Management, operational maintenance, building technology or a related field as well as further education at HF/FH level or a comparable leadership qualification
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in Facility Management or a similar function
- Experience in property maintenance, project management as well as in customer and offer management
- Enjoyment in working with people in different life situations and interest in a social working environment
- Experience in vocational training or willingness to competently accompany learners and participants
- Work-pedagogical further education desirable (course vocational examination work pedagogy)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced communication and organisational skills
