We are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality who enjoys contact with people and wants to develop further in a dynamic environment. Our goal is to support and promote you specifically over the next two years – with the clear focus of preparing you step by step for a future leadership role within our general agency.

The following exciting tasks await you:

• Supporting the sales team – You work closely with our field advisors and ensure they are optimally supported
• Preparing quotes for both private individuals and companies
• Opening and handling claims in the areas of property and asset insurance
• Taking responsibility for the practical training of apprentices
• Telephone customer service – You are the first point of contact for our insurance partners and their customers.
• Collaboration with specialist departments – You work closely with internal specialists to find the best solutions for our customers.

This is what sets you apart:

• Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
• Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel is an advantage
• VBV intermediary qualification is required. Further training in the insurance field is an advantage – ideally you already have this or are willing to pursue it
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Sales- and customer-oriented
• Independent working and flexibility
• Communicative and open personality
