You are motivated, enthusiastic, a team player (m/f/d) and love working with children above all else, then we have the right position for you!

KIBE Region Huttwil AG offers family-oriented childcare with two KITA groups totalling 30 care places, in the day school between 30 and 40 school-age children, about 45 day families and nanny care. We currently employ around 70 staff.

Your tasks:

As deputy group leader, you care for children in one of two mixed-age groups, with children aged from 3 months up to and including kindergarten, with your motivated and warm manner. You also take on administrative additional tasks, including standing in for the group leader during their absence.

What we expect from you:

• You are an upbeat person and love caring for children
• You have completed training as a FaBe K
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Leadership experience is desirable
• You are willing to contribute constructively to teamwork
• You are open to new things
