Your task
- Empathetic and relationship-oriented care and support of our residents
- Implementation of the primary nursing concept
- Professional design of the nursing process
- Assumption of daily and house responsibility
- Participation in the supervision of apprentices, students and interns
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team with home doctors and physiotherapists
Our requirements
- Joy in the nursing profession and interest in the development of the long-term care field
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (DN II, AKP) or equivalent
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality with a high quality mindset
