The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

- You care for and support our residents professionally and with heart in everyday life through your expertise
- You professionally shape the nursing process
- You take on daily and house responsibility
- You train apprentices and students with enthusiasm and actively shape the training
- You work interdisciplinarily with nursing home doctors, physiotherapists, and specialist teams
- You are happy to contribute to specialist groups and concept work
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Responsible, resilient, and with a strong team spirit – you combine energy and quality
- Varied activity in an open, interdisciplinary team
- Participation in specialist groups (e.g. Palliative Care, Dementia, Validation)
