The Baselland Red Cross is committed to supporting people in need with a variety of services. Around 130 employees and more than 500 volunteers assist in emergencies, engage in further training, health promotion, and the integration of the population in the Basel region.

For our care and support service, we are looking for you as an SRK care assistant for home care and support - hourly wage on call, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• You care for clients in their homes. You ensure meaningful occupation and activation within their capabilities, especially for people with dementia.
• You assist them with everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, using the toilet, etc. (basic care).
• You take on household tasks within the scope of your care duties.

Your profile:

• You hold the SRK Care Assistant certificate.
• You enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your work.
• You are flexible with your time (generally available at least 3 days a week) and appreciate on-call work.
• Ideally, you have a driving licence and your own car.
