From August 2027 we offer two versatile apprenticeship positions for the
Apprenticeship as a Commercial Clerk EFZ
Your tasks
- Insight into and familiarisation with various commercial activities in 6 interesting departments and areas of the municipal administration
- Contact with a wide variety of people at the counter or by telephone, for example at the reception of the residents' registration office, when providing information in the tax office or advising on naturalisations, etc.
- Varied and practical training with diverse tasks and responsible activities
- Acquisition of professional, methodological and social skills for your professional future
What you bring with you
- Secondary level A school leaving certificate
- Good understanding of dealing with numbers and languages
- High motivation and openness to new things
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Proven IT affinity and enjoyment of MS Office 365 products
- Willingness to further develop your knowledge and take on personal responsibility
- Good manners, communication and teamwork skills
