Since 2001, the HSG Foundation has been promoting the development of the University of St.Gallen into the leading business university in Europe and beyond. It initiates and bundles funding activities to realize strategic projects of the HSG and ensure excellence in teaching and research. Pioneering projects such as SQUARE, the St.Gallen Collegium, or various scholarships have been realized in this way.
Your Tasks
You want to gain practical experience in communication and event management for at least two semesters and do meaningful work? Then you are right with us.
- Support in event management, such as researching participants, managing registrations, as well as administrative and content-related tasks
- Maintaining CRM entries
- Design and text work for the annual birthday and Christmas cards
- Preparation of the HSG Foundation newsletter (four times a year)
- Content maintenance on the HSG Foundation website

What you already bring:
- You work in a structured, reliable, and careful manner
- You enjoy editorial and organizational tasks
- Confident formulation in German and English comes easily to you
- You have an interest in communication, events, and digital channels
- You feel confident using common office applications
- As a team player, you are helpful and appreciate collaboration
- You bring a high level of discretion when handling sensitive data
- You have already completed your bachelor's degree
