Senior Research Associate / Global Process Professional m/f/d
This is you:
- You develop and maintain the Product Lifecycle Management roadmap as a central control instrument for innovation as well as technology and product development.
- You independently manage technology management and knowledge management on a global level.
- You derive future requirements for processes and tools from best practices in Product Lifecycle Management as well as from corporate strategy.
- You act as a central interface between R&D, marketing, IT, and management.
- You support and coach process participants to ensure consistent standards.
This is what you bring:
- Completed studies in business, engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on medical technology
- Several years of experience in process management, Product Lifecycle Management, and/or innovation and technology management, ideally in the dental environment
- Experience dealing with complex stakeholder structures and cross-departmental collaboration
- Communicative, structured, and solution-oriented personality with high initiative and assertiveness
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
