Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 50–90% | Spitex
As a health professional, you will take on a versatile and responsible role in the outpatient sector with us. You accompany our clients in their familiar environment and make an important contribution to their quality of life and independence through your work.
Your main tasks include:
- Care and support of our clients in their home environment
- Assistance with basic and treatment care according to the care plan
- Observation and forwarding of relevant changes to the responsible nursing professionals
- Electronic documentation of the services provided
- Co-creation of professional, appreciative and client-oriented care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors as well as internal and external specialists
You bring with you:
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or FaBe EFZ with treatment course
- Ideally, you already have experience in Spitex
- Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment in contact with people as well as pronounced social skills
- Flexibility, team spirit and resilience
- Confident handling of digital work tools
- Driving licence category B or willingness to carry out assignments by e-bike
