Your mission:

• Care & support of our residents according to care guidelines
• Proper application of medication & medical techniques
• Maintain care documentation & care needs in CareCoach / RAI
• Take on daily responsibility & coach the team
• Professionally handle concerns of residents and relatives
• Contribute to quality management & training of apprentices
