What you can achieve

• Leadership and coordination of the administration and snow sports instructor team
• Ensuring smooth daily operations with high service and offer quality
• Forward-looking planning of personnel, bookings and operational processes
• Technical management, quality assurance and further development of the snow sports instructor team
• Responsibility for safety standards, risk management and professional complaint handling
• Planning and implementation of training and education
• Conducting job interviews and supporting new employees
• Active participation in snow sports lessons when needed

• Completed Level 3 snow sports training or comparable qualification with several years of leadership experience
• Training management in Swiss Snowsports or willingness to acquire the qualification
• Strong planning and organisational skills for personnel, bookings and operational processes
• Distinct guest orientation with a confident sense for quality and sales
• Communicative and motivating leadership personality with joy in team development
• Flexible and decisive personality with a hands-on mentality
• Good German and English skills (B2)
