Business Developer – French-speaking Switzerland

As part of its development, Boissec SA is looking for a Business Developer to accelerate its growth and strengthen its presence with key players in construction and real estate in French-speaking Switzerland.

1. Main objectives of the position:

• Develop turnover sustainably and profitably in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Identify and win new clients, markets and projects.
• Detect projects early and develop the prescription of Boissec SA.
• Achieve the set turnover and margin targets.
• Represent Boissec SA actively and professionally in the market.

2. Your responsibilities:

• Active market prospecting.
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, prescribers and business partners.
• Identify construction, renovation and development projects with high potential.
• Lead meetings and negotiations through to deal closure.
• Monitor the market, competition and new projects.
• Ensure structured follow-up of opportunities, visits and actions in the CRM.
• Participate in client events and professional gatherings.

3. Your profile:

• Successful experience in B2B business development, ideally in construction and/or real estate;
• Strong existing professional network in French-speaking Switzerland, notably with architects, project owners, general contractors and real estate investors;
• Excellent knowledge of the economic fabric of the Romandy region and decision-making circuits;
• Strong developer temperament: prospecting, opening doors, negotiation and closing;
• Autonomy, organisation, perseverance and results orientation;
• Driving licence;
• Technical training in carpentry, cabinetmaking or construction;
• Proficiency with common IT tools and CRM – an asset.
