YOUR TASKS ARE

• Support & assistance in organising a kitchen station
• Preparation & cooking of dishes in the à la carte & banquet area
• Assistance in supervising our apprentices
• Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP guidelines

• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ
• Good knowledge of German
