Your tasks include
- Consultation and support of patients with a mental illness and their relatives
- Preparation of social histories and treatment plans together with the patients
- Independent clarification and assessment of difficult social issues
- Handling demanding administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with institutions, counseling centers, and authorities
- Organization and conduct of coaching sessions with and for patients seeking a follow-up solution in the area of housing
- Support and promotion of patients in social and professional integration with the goal of regaining their independence in everyday life
- Active participation in shaping and further developing clinical social work
You bring with you
- Degree in Social Work FH with solid expertise in social work
- Strong social and communication skills with empathy for people in difficult life situations
- High sense of responsibility as well as confident appearance and flexibility
- Quick comprehension, reliable and independent working style
- Ability to keep an overview even under high workload
- Joy and commitment to working in a motivated team, active exchange of knowledge and experience
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
