The Stadelbach Residential and Care Centre employs around 120 staff, serves as a training centre for numerous apprentices in various professions, and is a place of diverse encounters.

Tasks of Health Professionals:

• Responsible for planning, adapting, and implementing the care process
• Co-responsible for the successful implementation of primary nursing
• Performing nursing and medical-technical tasks and thorough documentation of residents' files
• Taking on daily responsibility including leading the nursing staff
• Accompanying medical rounds and implementing prescriptions
• Recognising and addressing the needs and wishes of residents and relatives
• Contributing to the development of departmental goals and concepts to ensure quality and collaboration with internal and external service providers
• Exchange and communication with internal and external departments
• Organising their area of responsibility independently, taking into account internal guidelines and the daily routine

Requirements:

• Qualification as Health Professional EFZ (with professional experience advantageous)
• Trainer FA or willingness to take on the trainer role and complete the corresponding further training
• Willingness to work day and night shifts
• Interest in part-time/internal further training
• Assuming responsibility
• Willingness to face changes positively
• BESA and/or RAI knowledge advantageous
• Team-oriented, communicative, and empathetic person
