Your responsibilities include
- Professional and personnel management as well as conceptual further development of the treatment centre for acute and general psychiatry together with the nursing management
- Promotion of high treatment quality, training and supervision of the team
- Participation in the senior medical on-call service
- Active networking with our other locations as well as external cooperation partners
You bring with you
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, solid clinical experience in the field of acute psychiatry
- Patient-, team- and network-oriented working style, integrative leadership style
- Proven leadership experience in psychiatric institutions
- Evidence-based working methods, high social competence, networked thinking and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
