Gardener with Agogic Assignment Location Zollikofen (80 - 100 %)

In our client gardens, we make dreams come true.

The horticulture department is responsible for the following areas: maintenance and gardening work for various private clients, public clients and companies.

This is your job

Leading a maintenance group – assisting with minor modifications – instructing, leading, accompanying and enabling one to four people who are particularly challenged for psychological reasons – ensuring quality, customer satisfaction and a strong team spirit

This is what you bring

Completed training as a landscape gardener or a comparable qualification – strong communication skills, teamwork, openness and customer orientation – driving licence category B – independent and flexible working style – willingness to live our mission statement, which is based on Christian values
