Metalworker for Workshop and Assembly
Tasks
- Carry out metalworking tasks independently and professionally
- Lead and actively support the workshop and assembly technically
- Ensure clear processes as the interface between office and production
- Monitor deadlines and quality of ongoing projects and optimise processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a metalworker with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with technical leadership responsibility
- Further training as a workshop and assembly manager is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with team spirit
