Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Professional and individual care and support of the residents, taking into account their social, cultural and personal needs
- Planning, organisation, coordination and supervision of nursing tasks within the residential group
- Taking responsibility in daily organisation and actively shaping a competence-oriented division of tasks
- Close collaboration within the intra- and interprofessional team as well as with external specialist agencies and involved professional groups
