Process Owner Vehicle Logistics 100% (m, f, d)
Your main tasks
- Development, modeling, and optimization of operational processes in close cooperation with the management team and internal stakeholders
- Mapping and implementation of processes in the CMS
- Planning, execution, and documentation of system adjustments and projects including testing and go-live planning / follow-up support
- Training and instruction of CMS users as well as creation of training materials and user aids
- First level support for managers in daily business
- Recording, prioritizing, and implementing user needs in the system
- Support in monthly billing
Your profile
- You have a completed business administration education
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- Strong process thinking and IT skills
- Organizational talent, independent and structured working style
- Team player, strong communication skills, and service-oriented
- Well-groomed appearance, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Driver's license category B
